I have been visiting the Southpark store daily for over a year now, they have the friendliest staff of any Starbucks I have been to. I recently moved to Richmond and I often drive the 35min to the Southpark location just for the staff. Omari is always friendly and joking with me and now that I moved away I miss that every morning. I do however wish that the staff wore name tags because I'd love to praise each one. All around best store in my area!!

Starbucks is solid and consistent. This location had speedy service and friendly baristas, so that is always a plus

The service is always great and the people are friendly but this location has one issue.....some of the employees use a scented hand lotion that transfers to the lids and makes for a very unpleasant coffee experience. I know it seems trivial but it does cause nose trauma.

I don't drink coffee but I love their hot chocolate, and petite vanilla bean scones. The service is always great. Everyone is friendly and even when they are busy they get your order to you quickly!
